Boundary Definition

Boundary Definition

A boundary survey is strongly recommended for anyone considering purchasing a property, subdividing land or making other types of upgrades to the land where construction is required.

Property boundaries may need to be established by registered  in cases where a fence is being built on or near a boundary, there is a dispute between neighbours over boundaries, an owner is subdividing land or a lending institution requests a survey. Our knowledgeable team of land development consultants can help you determine whether or not your case would benefit from a survey.

If the base plan of a property is old or unreliable a Plan of Redefinition which is lodged with Land Registry Services may be recommended. This will then provide certainty of the dimensions and area available when further subdividing or developing the property.
