The Role:

• Design of roads, drainage and bulk earthworks predominantly for land subdivisions;
• Liaise with clients, Council staff, private certifiers and other consultants;
• Mentoring less experienced engineers

About you:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years relevant technical experience.
• Solid experience in road and drainage design in the land development space
• Intermediate to advanced user of DRAINS
• Intermediate to advanced experience using Civil 3D with Civil Site Design desirable or alternatively demonstrated experience in 12D and a willingness to learn new design software
• A good understanding of various Council design guidelines and Australian Standards
• Be able to work independently and proactively with precision and an eye for detail, identifying and resolving problems both creatively and logically as they occur;
• Able to communicate clearly, honestly, openly and concisely
