Development Type: Community title subdivision of townhouse development

Number of Lots: 7 lots plus one community property lot

Scope: Surveying and preparation of Community Plans and assistance with Community Management Statement

General Overview: This project was executed in two stages, with the initial stage focusing on separating the development site from the remaining area. The second stage involved the construction of six bespoke townhouses in the esteemed Wahroonga neighbourhood. Mepstead and Associates played a crucial role in the construction set-out phase and the preparation of the community title subdivision plans.

Due to the sequencing of subdivision after dwelling construction, precise measurements of boundaries along shared walls and the establishment of easements across all services were vital. Our team diligently undertook these tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Additionally, we provided valuable assistance in preparing the Section 88b instrument and the Community Management Statement, both integral documents for effective community management.

As part of our comprehensive approach, we conducted work-as-executed surveys to capture all constructed elements, including driveways, drainage systems, and services. This meticulous surveying process ensured accurate representation of the project’s physical aspects for future reference and maintenance.

Through our involvement in these crucial stages, we contributed to the successful completion of the project, delivering precise and reliable documentation essential for the long-term management and functionality of the development.
