General Overview: This project showcases a notable strata development project within the Ku-ring-gai Local Government Area. The project encompassed the construction of a multi-level building, comprising three basement parking levels and five residential levels, resulting in a total of 53 lots. To adhere to the development consent requirements and address the outdated nature of the base survey plans, we undertook a plan of consolidation and redefinition. This process was vital in establishing precise boundaries before the commencement of construction, as well as meeting the requirements set by Land Registry Services.

Throughout the project, we engaged in close collaboration with the strata certifier, valuer, and developer to ensure the fulfilment of all necessary elements for obtaining the strata certificate. Our objective was to ensure that the documentation was prepared and presented in a format suitable for registration during the critical final stages of the development.

Through our delivery of comprehensive surveying services for large-scale strata developments, attention to detail, effective communication, and adherence to regulatory requirements, we contributed to the successful completion of the project. Providing a solid foundation for the establishment of the strata community within the Ku-ring-gai area.
